Milagros has been in existence since 1991. We were originally based in Bristol but have been trading from London since 1997.
Our products are reasonably priced because we source them directly from the Makers in Mexico. There are no middle men. We have worked with the same makers for up to thirty years and have established mutally benefically relationships.
Characteristics: The hand made tiles are vivid in colour and texture. The background on the patterned tiles matches Mexican white. The hand made tiles are suitable for bathrooms and kitchens. The tiles bare the irregular mark of the human hand and have a character that is impossible to achieve with machine made tiles. The tiles are concave and convex, giving them a unique pillowed effect when installed.
We recommend buying sample to check that the tiles are suitable for what your have in mind.
There are slight variations between batches so we recommend buying your tiles at the same time if you want a uniform colour.
If you are trying to match a previous batch we recommend buying a sample from the current batch.
Breakages: If your tiles arrive broken then we will resend replacements with no extra charge. Just notify us within 3 working days of delivery with a photograph.
Changing your mind: We really recommend buying a sample to check that the tiles are suitable for what you have in mind.
We can do a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Please call us or contact us via email expressing your wish to refund the goods within 14 days of delivery. The full refund does not include delivery and if necessary return delivery. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were originally sold. Once the goods have been returned to ourselves then we will check the goods and refund your money. After two weeks we are happy to refund but with a 30% restocking fee. After three months this is reduce to 50% as batch colours shift change.
Everything else: All items purchase from Milagros can be returned within a month for a full refund as long as the goods are returned in the condition they were originally sold. This does not included return postage or delivery if the item was originally sent. Please notify us by telephone or phone of your wish to refund the goods. Once the goods have been returned in a re-sellable condition then we will issue you with full refund.
Please inform us within 3 to 5 working days.
If something is faulty we will replace the item. If the item was bought online we may request that the item is returned to us and we will pay for the return delivery cost. If the item was bought from our shop in London or our showroom in Bristol then we request that the item is return to the shop or showroom and we will replace the goods.
