Changing Your Mind:
We strongly recommend buying a sample first to ensure suitability.
Full Refund Within 14 Days:
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Reach out to us by phone or email to express your desire to return the goods. Note that the refund excludes delivery and return delivery fees. The returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive the goods, we’ll inspect them and initiate your refund. After the initial 14 days, refunds are still possible but incur a 30% restocking fee, which reduces to 50% after three months due to batch colour variations. After one year it will be at our discretion.
Over Ordered Tiles:
We accept returned tiles for 30% stocking fee or a full credit note.
Partial Box Returns:
We accept returns of part boxes of tiles with a 50% restocking fee or a credit note for the full amount up valid for three months from delivery of the goods. After three months it is at our discretion.
Packaging Matters:
Please return the goods in their original packaging. Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for items damaged during the return process. If you require guidance on packaging, please contact us.
Everything else:
All items purchase from Milagros can be returned within 14 days for a full refund as long as the goods are returned in the condition they were originally sold. This does not included return postage or delivery if the item was originally sent. Please notify us by telephone or phone of your wish to refund the goods. Once the goods have been returned in a re-sellable condition then we will issue you with full refund. Goods collected or bought from Bristol or London will need to be returned to the original premises for a refund.
Faulty Goods
Please check your goods when they arrive with you and please inform us within 5 working day if there is something wrong with them.
If something is faulty we will replace the item. If the item was bought online we request that the item is returned to us and we will pay for the return delivery cost. If the item was bought from our shop in London or our showroom in Bristol then we request that the item is return to the shop or showroom and we will replace the goods.
