Tile samples
are sent out with first class mail at the following
prices

for one tile
£2.00 for 2 tiles
£2.80 for 3 tiles
£3.40 for 4 tiles
£3.60 for 5 tiles.
Delivery for
tile samples is refunded if you subsequently buy
more than 200 tiles.
Tiles are delivered
with Amtrak at these prices.

£8 per subsequent box or part box of tiles.
700 tiles and
over are sent with pallet line at £49.95.
Please check
your goods as soon as possible and report any breakages
within 3 days. Photographic evidence will be required.
Any special request for Saturday, am or pm delivery
please specify and we will quote accordingly.
Guarantee

except tiles
We offer a full
money back guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy
with your purchase. All we ask is that you return
the goods to us within 14 days in the same condition
that they were sent. We'll also pay the return shipping
costs if the return is a result of our error.
Tiles
Refunds are
not given unless the tiles are returned directly
to the shop. This is due to the difficulty of sending
fragile items in the post. If you are in any doubt
please purchase a sample. If you subsequently purchase
more than 200 tiles we will refund the postage.
In case of faulty
goods being delivered - please contact us within
three days 020 7613 0876. Upon receipt of photographic
evidence faulty or broken goods will be replaced
by us.
